What is a lyric generator?
In Kastr, the lyric generator turns song lyrics you paste into presentation slides. It splits the song into readable slides, keeps section labels like Verse and Chorus, and gets them ready to project at a live event.
Does Kastr write song lyrics for me?
No. Kastr does not write or look up lyrics. You paste lyrics you have the right to use, and Kastr generates the slides and runs them on screen.
Is the lyric generator free?
Yes. The lyric generator on this page is free and needs no account. Kastr itself is free to use while paid plans are on the way.
How does Kastr split lyrics into slides?
Every blank line starts a new slide. A line such as Verse 1, Chorus 2, Bridge, or V1 names the section that follows. You can then choose how many lines fit on each slide, from 1 to 12 inside the app.
Can I project the lyric slides?
Yes. Open the projection window on a projector or LED wall, share a public screen link with TVs and phones, and advance slides from the keyboard or a phone clicker.
Do I need to download any software?
